A U.S. Lawyer living in Croatia, my main focus is to help people move themselves and their holdings to Croatia.
In 1989 I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Rutgers College in New Jersey, summa cum laude. In 1992, I obtained my Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. In 2004, I received a Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University School of Law. I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, and am registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In 2007, I won a 45 million dollar (US) jury verdict as the lead trial lawyer in a patent infringement case involving the sale of cell phone location equipment to Saudi Arabia. In 2009-2019 and 2022, I was named a Pennsylvania, New York or New Jersey Superlawyer and am listed in the Best Lawyers in America® 2012-2020 Editions.
More recently, I moved to Croatia, today having lived in the Istria region for two years and on the island of Krk for seven years. I speak English professionally and Croatian in the vernacular.
